Our modern and environmentally-compatible cleaning facilities are the latest state of the art and specifically aligned with the cleaning of containers for small load carriers, trays and plastic pallets. Dust, grease, oil and other contamination is removed without residues. Extremely fine filter systems make certain that particles > 200 micrometers (metallic) and > 400 micrometers (non-metallic) respectively are removed reliably. Pre-wash, main wash, drying and cleaning agents are adjusted to every single customer’s needs.
Intensive cleaning prepares particularly badly contaminated load carriers for machine washing in the automatic container washing facility. Labels and stubborn dirt are manually removed from small load carriers, trays, lids and plastic pallets. Large load carriers are usually treated with high pressure and steam cleaners.
We maintain a quality catalog to document customer-specific demands for container cleaning in order to ensure a consistent quality. The loading equipment will be checked for damage and cleanliness against this catalog before and after machine-based washing. Carriers that do not reach the required quality will be improved or sorted out.

Although plastic pallets and large load carriers are expensive, they are not exactly treated with kid gloves in logistics. Damage is a matter of course. Carriers often need to be sorted out and replaced. Our service centers offer a different option: Our repair techniques cover up to 70% of the damage patterns in such high quality that the carriers barely lose capacity. At the same time, repairs are up to 90% more cost-efficient than a new purchase.
In particular non-conical or foldable carriers take up plenty of storage space and often cover more than one empties collection bin, no matter if they are small or large load carriers. External storage in a comepack service center ensures consolidated, centrally available inventories that can be flexibly called up while protecting your valuable storage area. On request, our Logistics Operations Team will also organize collection & delivery of the empties.
Reusable container are sorted and checked for damage before cleaning or storage. Afterwards, we assemble the containers, trays and other inlays precisely to your requirements, forming packaging units and putting them in storage. Your loading equipment will be customized and available at any time, to be used by you on call.
