In February of 2021 comepack’s GDP and HACCP recertification process, executed by the inspection company DEKRA, took place in Bernburg. Due to the pandemic situation, the audit was performed virtually. comepack received both certifications for the fourth time.
After its initial introduction in 2018, the review audit was performed yearly. Managing to meet the high testing standards on all vectors is a natural component of comepack’s quality management.
The GDP(Good Distribution Practice) certification is an internationally accepted standard. Its guidelines were developed by the European Commission in the year 2013 and serve as counterfeit protection and monitoring measures for distribution chains and ensure the adherence to drug quality standards.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a systematic approach for maximum safety for food products. The strategy is based on the international guidelines of the CAC (Codex Alimentarius Commission). The HACCP concept includes a risk analysis and a review of critical control points, as well as food safety control for consumer protection.
comepack proudly passes the recertification program once again. These certifications are a constituent part of our sustainable and fruitful customer relationships.
