Open pooling: comepack offers a great selection of carriers from our standard pooling range. You can call up and return containers cost-efficiently and flexibly. Container types, packaging units & quality are standardized.
Closed Pooling: If the standard does not meet your needs, we will set up a customer-specific pool for you. It will give you complete flexibility in selection, design and quality of carriers, leaving barely anything to be desired.
Pool Outsourcing: A dedicated pool always binds capital and comes with risks. We will take care of this for you and manage your reusable container pool.
Logistics Outsourcing: We can also “pool” your own empties. Call them up from our service centers cleaned or uncleaned on demand and return them to storage there. Learn more about this at Cleaning and warehousing.
You can buy small and large carrier quantities right from us or from our manufacturers’ network. Of course, you can also permanently rent carriers from us.
C-KLT according to VDA 4500
The C-KLT is the classic among the small load carriers. The tried and tested container has been used millions of times for years. Stable and extremely robust, the system with its completely formed composite bottom permits stable composite stacking. Additional struts make the double-walled, rigid plastic container extremely stable and enable it to handle heavy contents up to 50 kg easily.
RL-KLT
The acronym “RL” means Redesign-Light: A lower container weight with a higher filling volume.
RL-KLT containers can hold loads of up to 20 kg. The smooth undertray increases the useful volume. A single-walled design with additional struts improves stability.
RL-KLT containers are made of polypropylene (PP).
Special characteristics: Ergonomic bottom grip, auxiliary grip on the long side, lifting shafts for a vertical holder and stable stacking corners.
MULTI PACK
The MULTI PACK-Serie series is produced for comepack only. The transport containers are nesting, i.e. the dimensions are larger along the upper edge than at the bottom. The conical shape permits nesting to reduce empty volumes. The MULTI PACK is a rigid plastic container. It is made in one piece and does not fold or collapse. The edge of the nesting containers is folded to form a surrounding gripping strip.
Each MULTI PACK has two barcodes that can be used for container identification.
MULTI PACK containers reduce the return transport volume by up to 70%. This saves costs and reduces CO² emissions.
Our experienced employees will determine together with the customer which MULTI PACK containers are suitable for the respective purpose.

MEGA PACK
The MEGA-PACK-SYSTEM has been developed for transport in supplier and factory-to-factory logistics. The foldable stacking ring leads to volume savings of up to 75% on return transport and reduces the costs per use considerably. The height of the pallet boxes can be adjusted to any desired size, offering an enormous advantage as compared to standard pallet cages.
Different basic sizes from 800 x 600 mm to 1,820 x 1,200 mm with foot or skid pallets are available. The MEGA PACK containers are suitable for payloads and supported weights of up to 1,000 kg.
